SADHANA: THE PROCESS OF SELF DISCOVERY
          "A Tom Toomey Sadhana Workshop"

Saints and spiritual masters pose such questions to seekers – not just for answers, but to activate a more potent engagement with the spiritual process.

Tom Toomey, from Shree Muktananda Ashram, has been dedicated to Siddha Yoga for the past 25 years. Prior to that time, he spent 20 years as a Catholic priest. Tom brings a wealth of insight about life on the spiritual path. He shares his profound understandings of the mystical and pragmatic Siddha Yoga teachings.

On Saturday and Sunday, February 3 and 4, Tom will lead a workshop, using segments from some of Gurumayi’s powerful New Year’s messages, to deepen our awareness of and involvement in our sadhana. Key teachings from Tom's previous workshops, will also incorporated into this workshop for an in-depth understanding of the spiritual path. Through contemplation, journaling and sharing, participants can imbibe these teachings in practical ways, relating them to their own lives.

The course hours will be from 10:30am - 5:00pm each day. Registration is $100.00 for adults, and $33.00 for teens. If you can attend only one day, the fee is $70.00 for adults, and $23.00 for teens. However, be aware that the workshop is designed as a two-day event, and everyone is strongly encouraged to take both days. This will allow participants to absorb the wisdom from the first day, overnight.

To prepare for the workshop, please read Chapter 3: "Steadfastness in Yoga" in Gurumayi’s My Lord Loves a Pure Heart. By reading this chapter in advance, you will already have begun the workshop. This weekend is sure to support your sadhana, so please come ready to dive deep within yourself!
