Meditation is the
practice of turning your attention inward to the divine consciousness that underlies your
thoughts and feelings. In meditation, you directly experience your inner connection with
the love of God; you come into contact with your supreme Self and so experience the
independent happiness, profound wisdom, and unshakable confidence that is your very
nature.
